1. The online application form is the only mode available and the college does not entertain any agents to procure admissions.
2. All applicants must register online by entering NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card/Admission Ticket), a valid mobile number and email id for registration and further admission process.
3. Fee structure for all the combinations will be available on the website at the time of admission.
4. Applicants must have the scanned copy of the following documents prior to fill the application online:
- Statement of marks of Class 10 or equivalent examination.
- Recent passport size photograph (in formal dress with white background and without covering head).
- Signature of the student.
- Cast certificate issued by Government of Karnataka.
- Aadhaar card.
- In case the applicant is physically challenged, supporting documents.
5. Admission will be denied if a candidate fails to join within the stipulated time.
6. Documents to be submitted after completion of selection process
- Original Transfer certificate and Attested Copy of Original 10th STD Marks Card
- Original Migration certificate (Except Karnataka State Board candidates) from their respective Board.
- Parish Priest’s letter (Christian students only)
- Original Provisional Eligibility certificate for CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/OTHER STATE BOARD and candidates studied outside India (which will be issued by the PU Board/College).
- Valid Student Visa, Passport Copy & Residential permit are additional Documents to be submitted by the Foreign Nationals and NRI Candidates.
- Copy of valid caste certificate (for SC,ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category only).
- Students must be physically present for submission of documents and uniform measurements.
7. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
