Documents to be submitted after payment of the College fees:

• Hard Copy of Application Form.

For SSLC students

• Five Passport size photographs taken within last six months.

Original Certificates

• Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.

Photocopies

• SSLC Marks Card attested by School Principal or Xerox of Original Marks Card.

• Admission Ticket of 10th Board

• Two copies of Transfer Certificate.

• Income/Caste Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer only from Karnataka State.

• Aadhaar Card.

For CBSE/ICSE and Other Board students

• Five Passport size photographs taken within last six months.

Original Certificates

• Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.

• Migration Certificate.

• Eligibility Certificate from the PU Board/College. (After the admission process is completed)

Photocopies

Marks Card attested by School Principal or Xerox of Original Marks Card.

• Admission Ticket of 10th Board

• Two copies of Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate.

• Income/Caste Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer only from Karnataka State.

• Aadhaar Card.

For IGCSE students

• Five Passport size photographs taken within last six months.

Original Certificates

• Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.

• Migration Certificate.

Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by the PU Board/College

If studied outside India (Foreign/NRI Students) or studied in IGCSE Board.

Photocopies

Marks Card attested by School Principal without fail.

• Two copies of Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate

• Provisional Eligibility Certificate (Foreign, NRI or IGCSE Board Students)

• Income/Caste Certificate attested by Gazetted Officer only from Karnataka State.

• Aadhaar Card/ Valid Student Visa, Passport Copy & Residential Address (Foreign & NRI Candidates).

NOTE:

• Eligibility fees of ₹1,000/- extra applicable for CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE and other Boards/States for IPUC only

• Language fee of ₹5,000/- extra for French as optional.

• Uniform Kit consisting of 2 pairs of uniform and a pair of shoes will cost Rs. 5,500/-

ADMISSION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Admission may be revoked at any stage under the following circumstances:

• In case the required, supporting documents are not submitted within the stipulated date.

• In case of false, incomplete, or incorrect information or documents are submitted.

• In case a candidate withholds/conceals requisite information.

• Admissions once cancelled will not be re-considered. Additionally, Fees paid will not be refunded in such cases.
