A few students had attended a Mathematics conference titled “A mathematical Odyssey from alpha to omega” at CHRIST JUNIOR COLLEGE was held on the 5th of July 2024, a Chemistry workshop at CHRIST JUNIOR COLLEGE titled “Chemistry education through AI innovation” on the 15th of November,2024. It worked towards understanding everyday tasks with a new exciting approach to them with talks and theorems which were certainly interesting.

“PUZZLES IN A PETRI DISH” was very first event which was conducted on the 7th of august 2024, it consisted of two rounds. The response for which was astounding. Next event “LAB COAT” which was held on the 11th of September 2024, was a scientific spin on turn coat.
“CATALYST COUTOURE” which was held on the 22nd of November 2024, showcased a number of creative minds and their interpretations of outfits that drew parallels with scientists and their work.
In the midst of all the excitement brought about by workshops, conferences and events held, we as a club worked to our full potential to ensure the intercollegiate fests were in full swing with auditions and practices and participated in “VIRINCHI” held by PES PRE-UNIVERSITY on the 23rd and 24th of august, 2024, “FRANCADE” held by ST. FRANCIS PRE-UNIVERSITY on the 20th and 21st of September, 2024 and “MAGNACHRISTA” held on the 28th of September by CHRIST JUNIOR COLLEGE.

To reach for the “COSMOS” was a privilege, as students in teams of four for each of the five core subjects in science, presented models to showcase at this auspicious exhibition held by CHRIST JUNIOR COLLEGE on the 27th of September, 2024. This exhibition involved us with hands on learning and meetings with amazing minds that strive for progress with purpose. Last but not least, to fuel our academic excellence, we held a Mathematics and Science Olympiad with around 22 candidates appearing from both I PUC and II PUC. The Science and math Olympiads were held on the 5th of December 2024 and 10th of December 2024, respectively. This ensured students met requirements for higher international standards. Whether you're hunting for crossword answers in a petri dish, switching sides with science, or trying out new ideas, the Science Club provided a supportive environment for everyone to investigate, question, and extend their awareness of the world around them. The Science Club has a heartwarming impact on its members by offering hands-on experiences, and motivating projects, fostering a culture of curiosity.

The department of science and mathematics organized an industrial visit for all II PUC science students, covering industries from Dairy Day Ice Cream to Neutech Solar Systems. This educational trip allowed students to experience real-world applications of scientific theories taught in classrooms.
