    A Staff Orientation Programme was conducted on 30 May from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Room 22 for the teaching faculty. The session was led by Mr. Elias M. Moses, an experienced educator and trainer. The programme focused on key areas of faculty development, including Faculty Leadership and Professional Growth, Understanding Gen Z Learners, Teacher Wellness and Stress Management, and The 4T Faculty Transformation Model .Through engaging discussions and practical insights, the resource person highlighted the evolving role of educators in today's learning environment and emphasized the importance of continuous professional development. The session provided valuable strategies for understanding the needs and learning styles of Gen Z students while also addressing the significance of teacher well-being and effective stress management. The 4T Faculty Transformation Model offered a framework for personal and professional excellence in teaching. The orientation programme was informative, interactive, and enriching, equipping faculty members with fresh perspectives and practical tools to enhance their teaching effectiveness and overall professional growth.
