International Yoga Day Celebration

As part of the International Yoga Day Celebration, students from the NSS, Sports, and Scouts & Guides participated in a special Yoga session led by Dr. Shwetha M. K., Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Mount Carmel (Deemed to be University) University, Bengaluru.
Through her engaging session, students were encouraged to appreciate the role of yoga in maintaining a balanced and healthy routine and to incorporate suitable practices into their daily lives. The session was well received by the students and participants, making the celebration a meaningful and enriching experience.
