    On 2nd June 2025, the students of Jyoti Nivas Pre-University College, accompanied by two faculty members embarked on an educational visit to the Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology (IBAB) in Bengaluru. The group departed from the college at 9:55 a.m. and reached IBAB by 11:30 a.m., where they were warmly welcomed by the institute's coordinator. The visit began with an informative session introducing IBAB, followed by career guidance in the fields of biotechnology and bioinformatics. Students were then taken on a guided tour of the campus, including four specialized laboratories, where they had the opportunity to observe advanced research infrastructure and its real-world applications. The tour concluded by 1:30 p.m., after which the group had lunch they returned to the college by 4:15 p.m.
