The Student Leadership Transformation Camp was held on 27th June 2026 in the PU Auditorium at Jyoti Nivas Pre-University College. The camp was inaugurated by Sr. Nathalia D'Souza, Sr. Nalini Cruz, and Dr.Sr. Sagaya Mary B. A total of 129 students participated in the camp, including the Student Council, Club Council members, and Class Representatives. The camp was conducted under the guidance of Mr. Elias M. Moses, Founder of ManagingNEXT and Co-founder and Managing Director of Manovsis Realty India Pvt. Ltd. He was accompanied by Ms. Prathipa N., Assistant Professor at Stella Maris College, and Ms. Kirthika, a passionate educator and academic leader. The camp was coordinated by the Student Advisors, Ms.Agnes Cathrine, Mrs. Rekha P. Mathew, and Mrs. Anthony Jasmine A. The camp comprised five highly interactive sessions, complemented by engaging activities such as The Leadership Mirror, The Blindfold, The Trust Fall, Attention Audit, and the JNC Impact Lab. Each activity was thoughtfully designed to encourage self-awareness, strengthen trust and teamwork, develop the ability to influence others positively, overcome challenges effectively, create meaningful impact, and lead with confidence in real-life situations. Over the course of the camp, participants were encouraged to engage in deep self-reflection, actively contribute to discussions, collaborate openly with their peers, and make a personal commitment towards becoming responsible and effective leaders. The sessions provided valuable insights into the qualities of impactful leadership while fostering confidence, empathy, and a growth-oriented mindset. The Student Advisors, Ms. Agnes Cathrine, Mrs. Rekha P. Mathew, and Mrs. Anthony Jasmine A., were also an integral part of the camp, guiding and encouraging the students throughout the camp. The camp concluded with the inspiring "Lead Forward Pledge," leaving participants with a powerful message: "Leadership is not about being the most important person in the room. It is about making the room better because you were there." The camp proved to be an enriching and transformative experience, equipping students with essential leadership skills and inspiring them to lead with purpose, integrity, and compassion.
