    On June 21st, 2023, the National Service Scheme (NSS) and the Physical Education Department jointly organized a vibrant Yoga Day celebration at Jyoti Nivas Pre-University College. The vibrant event saw students, teachers, and staff come together to embrace the essence of holistic well-being. Organised by the NSS and physical education department, The atmosphere buzzed with positive energy as participants gracefully moved through various yoga asanas, synchronizing their breath with their movements. The sessions covered a wide range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, catering to all skill levels.
