    The leadership camp for the newly elected 115 leaders of Jyoti Nivas Pre-University College was held on 29th of June 2024, at St. Joseph's PU College, Bengaluru. This camp aimed to equip young leaders with the skills and mindset needed to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond. The keynote speakers for this camp were Fr. Shantaraj and Fr. Joe Prem Britto. The leadership camp fostered a transformative experience by emphasizing the importance of the 3Cs: Confidence, Commitment, and Cooperation. This focus left students with a renewed sense of purpose and the skills to lead with integrity and empathy. The camp has not only prepared students to take on leadership roles within the realm of student domain but also equipped them with the tools to become impactful leaders in their future endeavours.
